How we handle your data.

The AI Lab is a free, public library of prompts and short learning modules for self storage operators. It is published by Storeganise as an educational resource. Prompts you copy from the site are used in your own AI tools — we never receive your prompt outputs.

Accounts are optional and used to unlock the full library. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. Passwords are handled by our managed authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.

• Account info you provide: name, email, and optional facility name.
• Usage events tied to your account: which prompts you copy, so we can improve the library and prioritise new prompts.
• Anonymous events from visitors who are not signed in (no email, no user id).

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Your profile and the events linked to your account are protected by row-level access rules: only you and Storeganise administrators can read them. The subscriber email list is restricted to administrators. Anonymous visitors can log usage events but cannot attach an email or user id to them.

The application runs on Lovable Cloud (which uses Supabase for database, authentication, and storage) and is delivered through a global edge network. Email delivery for account flows is handled by our managed auth provider.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember a session id for product analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us at the address below and we will action the request.
